We ordered some turnstiles from this supplier. We had really a hard time to make them work. We found a lot of wiring problems. We had to change every thing. The exit readers were wired to entry doors etc. Without the help of local suppliers, it was impossible to make them work. We had to change half of the parts on the turnstiles that added an important extra cost to the product initially bought. It was impossible also to rely on the technical service of the supplier. Isabella our contact is literally coming from another planet. She doesn't have a clue. We couldn't understand how can she be responsible for technical service. Here is an example of the discussion we had with her. We are a ticketing platform company and we have our ticket QR codes. The QR codes couldn't be read by the turnstiles and asked her for help. The answer was "to download a generating QR code application". What can you answer to that ? We were speechless I do not recommand this supplier at all.
Response form supplier:
1>When you placed the order, you did not tell me that your QR code was in text format. You don't even talk about it. You think I'm God who can read your mind?
2>The turnstile was installed according to your request. And i had sent video to you confirm before shipped to your agent.
3>We have many customers bought this system and all works, why just you said it had wiring problems??? And then in the after-sales service, you didn't mention this problem at all???Because you're talking nonsense!!
4>You're really good at confusing things!! I should advise other suppliers not to do business with you.
